Here is what sets us apart:

OUR FACILITY

With eight studios, we are one of the largest dance studio facilities in the State of Utah.  We use “sprung” floors in our studios to lessen the impact on dancer’s joints.

OUR TEACHERS

Our teachers have danced professionally or have degrees in dance.  They include current and former dancers from the four major Utah dance companies -- Ballet West, Odyssey Dance Theater, Repertory Dance Theater, and Ririe Woodbury -- as well as university professors who have taught at the University of Utah, Brigham Young University, Weber State University, and the University of Oregon.  While we love our high school students, they do not teach our classes.  See our Faculty and Staff page for a full description of our outstanding faculty.

MODESTY

You will find no midriffs, or other revealing costumes at our concerts.  Nor will you find suggestive movement or music.

OUR CONCERTS

Our concerts are not just dance recitals; they are full scale productions.  Our dancers put on a full story ballet and a contemporary/jazz concert each year.  We have been privileged to have well known artists participate with our dancers at our concerts including Jon Schmidt, Peter Breinholt, and Tom Hewitson of Enoch Train.  We hire professional actors to narrate our contemporary/jazz concert.   We believe that an enjoyable concert, for both the audience and the dancer, is more than just consecutive dance numbers.  Our concerts tell a story, with each dance integrated into that story.
