
Heidi Stoddard
Heidi began dancing at the age of 3. She grew up in Tempe AZ as well as Lehi UT. She won
numerous awards and scholarships as a dancer. She was Miss Lehi 2005 and received the
Talent and Community service award at Miss Utah. The college scholarship money she earned
though the Miss America Organization helped her later continued her education at UVU
majoring in Deaf education while dancing on the UVU dance team. Heidi began teaching at the
age of 16 at The Dance Club where she trained and taught for the past 15 years. She has
taught children from 2 yrs to adults. She has taught jazz, ballet, tap, gymnastics, contemporary,
turns, and everything in between. She started a free dance class for children and adults with
disabilities 10 years ago and it still going strong today. Her choreography has been recognized
at various competitions, and she has led her dancers to several national titles. Heidi has a
passion for teaching and enjoys being a part of her student’s lives. She is a wife and mother to 2
great kids who are the light of her life. She feels very blessed to love what she does and share
the art of dance with others. Heidi is excited to make Creative Arts her new home.
