Julie Robinson
Julie Wilson Robinson joined BYU's Young Dance Makers at the age of 15. She received scholarships to dance at Brigham Young University and at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance in New York City. She performed and toured internationally with BYU's Dancer's Company, where she met and later married Ray Robinson. They attended University of Utah together and graduated with MFAs in modern dance performance. She then danced with Repertory Dance Theatre in SLC and taught both college and children's classes at BYU.
Most recently she has co-directed a musical theatre group of young girls in Brighton, Michigan, and has helped teach the Nauvoo Pageant choreography since 2005. She and Ray now have five children, and have just moved to Bountiful. She is thrilled to have found the Creative Arts Academy here, and is grateful to join such an esteemed faculty.
