Michelle Falk
Michelle Falk started dancing the age of 7 and hasn't stopped. She trained in ballet, jazz, tap,
hip hop, pointe, and lyrical - mainly in Utah and Chicago, IL. She was awarded regional and
national top awards while competing as a soloist and was also a member of several
championship teams throughout her years of competitive dance. Michelle also cheered in high
school and went on to become head cheerleader at Dixie State College.
After two years at Dixie, Michelle pursued her love of dance to Chicago, IL where she trained
with several teachers/studios but mainly at Lou Conte Dance Studio. She directed a studio in a
nearby suburb where she owned a competitive dance company and proudly won several
awards with her team and for her choreography. She was named a "LUVABULL" - a dancer for
the Chicago Bulls and loved her time in the city.
Michelle moved back to Utah after she met her love, and now husband, Chris. She has taught,
coached, judged and choreographed for studio, high school and collegiate levels for over 17
years now, most recently as the Weber State University Dance Coach. Her teams have
garnered local, state, and national accolades over the years, including earning 2 consecutive
NDA Hip Hop National Championships with her dancers at Weber State University.
Outside of dance, Michelle and Chris serve as Co-Presidents of the Team Mason Foundation.
It is a non-profit organization that honors their son, Mason, who battled and beat AML
(Leukemia) at a young age. Team Mason offers assistance to families with children battling
cancer and endeavors to raise money and awareness for childhood cancer research.
