Withdraw Policy
Like any endeavor in life, it takes commitment to reap the rewards of dance. Our programing is designed to help your child develop physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially by overcoming challenges, working with a team, moving outside their comfort zone, learning to emote, and performing onstage in front of an audience.

Why we have this Policy:
Like any endeavor in life, it takes commitment to reap the rewards of dance. Our programing is designed to help your child develop physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially by overcoming challenges, working with a team, moving outside their comfort zone, learning to emote, and performing onstage in front of an audience.
The Policy:
- All of our intensive company tracks (Advanced High School, Ballet Company, Dance Ensemble, Elite, Premiere, and Touring) are responsible of 100% of the remaining balance for the year if a family withdraws.
- Registration fees and costume fees are non-refundable.
- Balances due for a dropped class can be used towards switching to a different class or enrolling a sibling to take your child's place as long as this happens before January 1st.
- If a student needs to withdraw due to severe injury, illness, debilitating family circumstance, or home relocation, parents must submit a Doctor's note or other reason for withdrawal to [email protected] for review on a case-by-case basis.
Why we have this Policy:
- To encourage students to experience the true growth opportunities that come from a completed dance year.
- Each dancer's spot in class is unable to be filled mid-year and prevents other children from being able to join.
- Dance is a team activity! Choreography for performances is based on the exact number and skill levels of the students in the class. When one student leaves, it makes it difficult for the entire class.
